Information for Filmmakers – Nordic Star Festival

We are delighted to welcome you to the Nordic Star Festival! The festival is a meeting place for filmmakers and audiences, where we highlight talent, stories, and new perspectives. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we have gathered the most important information below regarding accreditation, tickets, technical requirements, and film delivery.

Accreditation is required for all participating filmmakers. The cost is:
• 150 SEK per person for Swedish filmmakers
• 100 SEK per person for international filmmakers
(International filmmakers pay a reduced fee since they already face higher travel expenses to Sweden.)

Accreditation serves as your festival pass and includes:https://program.nordicstarfestival.com/event/2025-25-10-party-awards-ceremony/
• Booking of screenings (subject to availability through the festival organization)
• Access to networking, interviews, and festival activities
• Festival card and discounts
• Tickets to your own film screening and the block in which your film is included
• Two additional tickets to any short film blocks or feature films of your choice

ACCREDITATION

Tickets & Membership

Everyone who has paid accreditation receives 3 tickets for each block, including their own presentation.
The tickets are personal but can be shared within the team.

• This applies to both Swedish and international filmmakers.
• All other festival tickets are heavily subsidized.
• Each purchased ticket includes membership in the NSF Club (a standard requirement in Sweden).
• If you only wish to become a member without purchasing a ticket, a membership card can be obtained separately.MEMBERSHIP
